We just can't thank you enough for getting the word out to where it worked its way back to us. It has just been two days without any aspartame and it has already made a difference.

The symptoms that I have been suffering from for the last 3 years are as follows:

.Numbness in feet
.Numbness in hands and arms more recently - last 6 months
.Head feels bloated
.Neck is extremely stiff and cracks when I try to exercise it
.Blurry vision and momentary loss of vision - comes and goes - closing eyes tight seems to bring it back
.Depression
.Uncontrollable outbursts of anger
.Anxiety attacks - heart beats rapidly - cold sweat - blood pressure has gone up to 215 over 120 at times

Have gone to the emergency room 6 times, have had every test for the heart and they come up with no reason for this - blood pressure is normal between attacks. I thought I was dying - I've gone to doctors and I've gone to health food stores in search of an answer and there didn't seem to be one.

I try to stay physically fit, thinking that I had some unknown life threatening disease, I work out, take vitamins - I thought for a time that I was taking too much of certain vitamins and so I cut back but there was no improvement. I never thought of aspartame - it makes so much sense now because I have been very conscious of not eating too much fat or sugar and when I did a survey, I realized that I have been eating a tremendous amount of aspartame every day. I chew sugar free gum continuously, drink diet soda several times a day and I eat numerous sugar free popsicles daily to just mention a few things.

What can we do to help this mission - we would be glad to testify at a Congressional Hearing if that would be helpful. Please let us know if we can help in any way.
