THE US ASPARTAME LAW SUITS
1. THE MUCH TOUTED CALIFORNIA LAW SUITS.
We view the much touted California law suits with grave suspicion based on information
received from, what to date have been, reliable sources, regarding some of the
parties involved.
Since the suits are in the US they are closed to Canadians unless they are represented by a US lawyer. Not a simple process and liable to cost you considerably.
Considering that there are billions of dollars involved here it is not beyond the realm of possibility that efforts may be made to buy the complainants off, or for them to have an "unfortunate accident". This is quite normal in similar situations especially in the drug and political fields. It takes a great deal of integrity and guts to refuse huge payoffs. What would your price be?
2. WORD OF CAUTION
The so called NATIONAL JUSTICE LEAGUE appears to be another fabrication of Messrs
Bellon/Groom. Claims are made that it is an association of individuals but no
documentation of any kind appears available. Our suggestion, don't get mixed
up with it or Bellon/Groom both of whom appear to have most undesirable track
and other records.
Regarding Bellon and his history and abilities a visit to http://sovereignslave.blogspot.com/ makes very interesting and illuminating reading. Make sure this is the kind of person you wish handling any part of any legal action you may have anywhere. His partner Britain Groom is apparently licensed as a lawyer in Idaho only and has apparently no legal authority anywhere else despite his claims to the contrary. Ask for hard copies of any licenses for either of these two and IF you get it please send us a copy.
